Our baseball and softball training area was renovated in December of 2008 We still offer the same coin-operated batting that we are known for, and now it is improved to create a better, more realistic hitting experience. The old "platform" is gone, and as a result, so is the automatic ball return that we relied on for so long. After your round(s) of batting, please be courteous and use the buckets to collect the balls and reload the machines for the next batter. We really appreciate this, and offer you our thanks in advance.

Since our beginning in 1990, Baseball and Softball have been the foundation of the In The Swing experience. Recently, our clean and modern baseball and softball area was renovated to create a more realistic batting experience. We still have the traditional coin-operated batting as before, with 6 pitching machines throwing 45mph, 55mph, 65 mph and 75 mph baseball, as well as Slow Pitch and Fastpitch Softball. The "platform" however, is gone, and we now feature 6 straight "tunnels" for our pitching machines. The new batting cage/tunnels are all open during regular hours, and can be rented for personal and team training at 15/30/45/60 minute intervals as well. As usual, all of our equipment is maintained regularly to provide the safest and most reliable batting experience around. 	Our batting cages can accomodate players of all sizes and abilities.
Six different pitching speeds means something for every level hitter..
	Softball training at In The Swing, either on your own, with a team, or with one of our instructors, will bring positive change to your game.
Come and train in our newly expanded and freshly turfed training area.
	In The Swing now features 5000 square feet of training area. We are able to provide full-facility, half-facility, and one-third facility rentals to fit your personal or team training needs.

New Batting Cage policy
All 6 batting cage/tunnels are available for general coin-operated batting as well as for personal and team training rentals. Baseball and Softball instruction may also be taking place in the training area during certain times. We have reserved exclusive times for General Coin-Operated batting as in the past. To make sure that your favorite
cage is available, please call us at 201-444-3556. Cage rentals are available as well during certain times in 15/30/45/60 minute intervals, with or without use ofthe pitching machines.

We do not accept same-day cage rentals.

75 mph cage policy
The 75 mph cage and the adjacent Slow Pitch Softball cage are our primary areas for our baseball and softball instruction. General batting via the coin-operated system may be limited at times for these cages. Please call us at 201-444-3556 to check availability if you are not sure.
